植物神经对实验性心肌梗塞心脏电生理性质的影响 被引量:1

THE EFFECT OF AUTONOMIC NERVOUS ACTIVITY ON EXPERIMENTAL ELECTRO-PHYSIOLOGY OF ISCHEMIC VENTRICLE

摘要 本文观察了植物神经对缺血心肌电生理性质的影响。结果表明在切除迷走神经的条件下,刺激交感神经可降低心室起搏阈值、室颤阈值,缩短心室相对不应期和有效不应期,并使强度间期曲线向左明显移位。上述变化可促进室性心律失常的发生。 Ten coronary ligation and reperfusion dogs were divided into two groups. There were three different conditions in group 1 (n=5): intact autonomic nervous system, bilateral vagotomy (V)and bilateral vagotomy and left stellate ganglion stimulation (V+LSS). The dogs in group 2 (n=5) had bilateral vagotomy and stelleetomy (V+S). Programmed stimulation was given to the left ventricle. Left ventrieular pacing threshold (vPT), ventricular relative refractory period (VRRP), ventrieular effective refractory period (VERP), ventrieular fibrillation threshold (VFT) and strength interval curve (SIC) were measured. Comparing with intact autonomic nervous system, V+LSS decreased VPT and VFT, shortened VRRP and VERP, shifted SIC left-ward significantly. The results indicate that increase of sympathetic activity elevates excitability and vulnerability of the ischemie ventricle and tends to produce arrhythmias. But V and V+S have no effect on the above parameters.
