摘要
因行电生理检查和／或经导管射频消融治疗对１２００例心律失常患者进行锁骨下静脉穿刺。穿刺总成功率占９９％（１１８８／１２００）。气胸发生率占０．７５％（９／１２００）；误扩张锁骨下动脉占０．０８％（１／１２００）；刺激性咳嗽、咯血占０．１６％（２／１２００）。结果表明：锁骨下静脉穿刺成功率高。虽然并发症是不可避免的，但其发生率可控制在较低水平。
From Oct.1991 to Oct.1994,puncture of the subclavian vein was done in electrophysiological study and/or radiofrequency catheter ablation in 1,200 patients. The total successful rate was 99%(1,188/1,200).Pneumothoraxdeveloped in 9 patients(0. 75%);Unintended dilation with a sheath occurred in one patient and irritable cough and hemoptysis occurred in 2 patients. In conclusion, puncture of the subclavian vein has a highly successful rate and a very low incidence of complications.
