平滑图像块效应的解码器设计

Decoder Design to Smooth Blocking Effect of Block DCT Compressed Images

压缩倍数较高的DCT变换编码会引起图像块效应．本文设计了一种可平滑块效应而又能保护图像细节的解码器。它采用像素交换平滑、变换域约束方法。实验表明，输出图像质量有明显提高。

In this paper a decoder is designed to reduce blocking effect of block discrete cosin transform compressed images.Interpolation method using pixel's exchanges is used to simplify smoothness process.A constraint set is defined to correct the smoothness error.Experimental results are presented are presented that demonstrate this decoder can drastically reduce the blocking effect and improve the subjective quality of compressed images.
