摘要
介绍基于等倾光干涉原理测量位移量中,以最终条纹仪化的小数级次计量整数级次,或直接计量位移量的小数计数理论。它不同于迈克尔逊、C·V·杰克逊等人提出的“正确小数”理论。它在具体光学仪器上实践起来是切实可行的。
This paper presents a new fraction counting theory which can be applied to displace-ment measuring based on the equi-inclination interference principle. By means of thefraction orders of interference fringe shifted, the number of integral orders of interfer-ence fringe shifted can be counted or the displacement can be measured directly.This the-ory is different from“the method of exact fraction”established by Michelson and C.V.Jacksan,et al.It is feasible to practise this kind of interferometer on the basis of this the-ory.
