体外循环心内直视手术期间血清血管紧张素转换酶的改变

摘要 对17例体外循环心内直视手术患者分别于手术前、灌注中,手术后1、2、3天定量测定血清血管紧张素转换酶(SACE)的活性。结果表明:SACE活性在体外循环后明显降低,术后逐渐回升,术后第3天接近术前水平。我们认为,由于肺内皮细胞中血管紧张素转换酶含量最高,体外循环后SACE的变化可以反映手术患者肺损害的程度及预后。 The authors report changes of serum angiotensin converting enzyme (SACE) in seventeen patients underwent open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass. SACE activity was determined preoperatively, during perfusion and in the first three postoperative days. The results showed that SACE activity fell markedly after starting extracorporeal circulation, then rose progressively in the postoperative period and re turned almost to the preoperative level at the third postoperative day.As the concentration of ACE is highest in tho alveolar endothelial cells, the changes of SACE levels might reflect the degree of pulmonary injury and the prognosis of patients after extracorporeal circulation.
