本文讨论多变量系统传递函数阵极点的结构化配量问题，并基于一类可控规范形给出实现极点结构化配一的状态反馈阵的算法，证明了算法存在的充要条件。

In this paper,the structuralization pole assignment problem for transfer function matrice isdiscussed.A static state feedback algorithm is given,which is based on controllable canonical forms andwhose necessary and sufficient existence conditions are proven,There is an example to illustrate the results.
