摘要
采用化学方法对尿石进行了分析,并通过体外试验观察了胆固醇对尿石形成的影响。发现各种尿石都含有胆固醇,平均为0.96mg/g。混合性尿石胆固醇含量最高,而纯尿酸及纯草酸钙尿石胆固醇含量较低(分别为1.58±0.88,0.20±0.14及0.41±0.29mg/g,P<0.01)。尿酸石基质胆固醇含量明显高于晶体部分胆固醇含量(9.22±5.42,0.59±0.28mg/g,P<0.02)。体外试验发现胆固醇能促进二水草酸钙晶体成核。
The study about the effect of cholesterol on urinary stone formation was reported. By analysis of stones, we found all of the stones contained cholesterol, mean value 0.96 mg/g. The mixed stone cholesterol content was 1.58 ±0.88mg/g, much higher than those of the pure uric acid stones and of the pure calcium oxalate stones(0.20±0.14mg/g,0.41 ±0.29mg /g,P<0.01). The cholesterol content of the matrix part (9.22±5.42mg/g) was much higher than that of the crystal part(0.59±0.28mg/g)in urate stones(P<0.02),The study in vitro showed cholesterol could induce CaOX·2H2O nucleation.
