摘要 采用高速离心和化学萃取的方法从猪肺灌洗液中提取肺泡表面活性物质,经测定磷脂含量极高,占88%,蛋白质含量仅为0.31%,其表面活性能将最小表面张力降至10mN/m以下,生理盐水肺灌洗家兔模型应用表明该制剂能迅速改善肺顺应性和低氧血症。结果提示其生化成份和表面活性适于呼吸窘迫综合征替代治疗的研究和应用。 Pulmonary surfactant (PS) was isolated from porcine lung washings with the techniques of high speed centrifugation and chemical extraction.Pospholipid was the main component,accounting for 88%, while protein was only 0.31%. The surface activity of the PS reduced minimal surface tension to less than 10 mN/m. This material was effective for rapid improvement of lung compliance and hypoxemia when tried to treat rabbit model of respiratory distress syndrome (RDS)induced by lung lavage.The results indicate that the chemical composition and surface properties of the porcine PS fit its use as a replacement therapy for RDS.
