摘要
本文报道了Enramycin在鸡体内的残留分析结果。供分析的组织经胃蛋白酶消化,甲醇及盐酸混合液抽提,XAD-2柱分离杂质、薄层层析及枯草杆菌ATCC6633生物显像,进行定性及定量分析。此法在肝、肾、肌肉、脂肪组织和血中Enramycin的回收率分别为57.70%、46.65%、14.80%、39.35%及46.60%,其敏感度为25ppb。测试样来自喂饲10ppmEnralnycin8周的试验鸡,分别于停药后0、24、48h取样。采用上述方法进行分析,结果显示即使停药后立即采样,组织抽提物均不出现Enramycin抑菌圈,说明其残留量低于25ppb。
Tissue residue of Enramycin in chickens was analyzed in our laboratory. The samplesof tissues analyzed were treated with protease, and extracted with a mixed solvent ofmethanol and hydrochloric acid, and Purified by an XAD-2 column. The residue quantityof Enramycin was determined by the thin layer chromatography and the bioautographyusing bacillus subtilis ATCC6633 as the test organism. The recovery rates of Enramycinin the liver, kidney, muscle, fat and blood in above method were 57.7%, 46.65%,44-8%, 39.35% and 46.6% respectively. The minimum liznit of quantitative analysisin this method was 25ppb. Tissue samples of chickens administered feed containing10ppm Enramycin for 8 weeks were taken after withdrawing drug at 0, 24, and48 hours respectively, and then were analyzed with the results which showed that therewere not inhibition zones in tissue samples even though withdrawing drug at zero hour,which indicated that the residue level of Enramycin in tissue samples was below 25Ppb.
