肉鸡小肠中附着的分节丝状菌的扫描电镜观察 被引量:1

摘要 作者用扫描电镜检查了肉鸡小肠表面附着的分节丝状菌(Segmentedfilamentousbac-teria)、细菌长短不一,较短的细菌长约2~5um,直径约1~1.5um;较长的细菌在150um以上,多数细菌长度约100um,所有细菌的一端都插入肠上皮的杯状细胞孔中。细菌的肠壁附着端较细,直径约1~1.5um,游离端较粗,串珠状分节明显,直径3um左右。 The segmented filamentous bacteria in the small intestine of the broilers were exa-znined by scanning electron microscope. The length of the bacteria varied, the shortforin,2-5um long ,1 ̄1.5um in diameter,the long form, 100um mostly, but sometimesmore than 150um about; the thinner ends, 1-1.5um in diameter, of the long formbacteria were penetrated into the pores of the goblet cells, while the free ends werebroad, apprently segmented, suddenly chopped off, 3um about in diameter.There were no other type of bacteria in the area attached by the filamentous bac-teria. The znorphology of the epithelium in this area was normal, no any microlesionswere found.
