摘要
应用5种限制性核酸内切酶(BamHI、KpnI,SalI、BglⅡ和HindⅢ)建立了伪狂犬病毒闽A株DNA的内切酶图谱,并与Buk株、Shope株、Norden株、S株,台湾NTU株进行比较,认为闽A株与美国或欧洲毒株无关,而与台湾株同源,表明核酸限制性内切酶分析在伪狂犬病病毒研究中是一种毒株鉴别、分子流行病学调查的有用工具。
The DNA of pseudorabies virus Min-A strain was digested with five restriction end-onuclease of BamH I, Kpn I, Sal I, Bgl Ⅱ:, Hind Ⅲ, the size of fragments werecalculated and compared with those of Buk, Shope, Norden as well as Taiwan's NTUstrain. The results showed that Min-A strain had no homogenity with America strains andRomania strain and shared homogenity with Taiwan strain. The test indicated the restri-ction endonuclease analysis was a useful tool in differentiating Pseudorabies virus strainand epidemical survey.
