摘要
经杂交组合试验筛选出京星201和102肉鸡的母系口型矮洛克鸡D1、D2系及其配套父系A系、H系和B系,并进行了血型和血浆蛋白质多态基因群体遗传学分析,发现凡优良杂交组合中的父系(A、H系)与母系(D1、D2系)遗传距离远。父系纯合系数较高,母系较低。这些均与实际杂交结果基本一致。
Through cross-combination experiment,the excellent commercial multiplicationstrains of the Jing-star broiler No 201 and 102 have been selected.By the populationgenetic analysis of the blood-group gene and plasma protein polymorphism,the positiverelation between parents genetic difference of population and heterosis was found.Thegenetic distances among the sire-strains A and H and B and the dam-strains D-typeDwarf Plyznouth Rock D_1 and D_2 line of the Jing-star broiler seemed to be far。Thecoefficient of holnozygosity of blood-group gene of sire-strain seemed to be higher thanthat of dam-atrains。The crossing cxpcrimcntal esults scemed to be consistent withthe results from blood-group and plasma protein polymorphism studies in the Jing-starbroiler
