摘要
利用二次回归通用旋转组合设计方法研究了130~490日龄尼克蛋鸡日粮中添加复合酶制剂对产蛋率的影响,探讨了a-淀粉酶、中性蛋白酶和脂肪酶之间的互作关系,建立了数学模型,获得了酶制剂的最佳使用量。复合酶制剂对产蛋率影响的函数模型为各因素对提高产蛋率贡献大小顺序为a-淀粉酶>脂肪酶>中性蛋白酶。在一般饲养管理条件下,预测430~490日龄尼克蛋鸡产蛋率达70%以上时,应在100kg日粮中添加a-淀粉酶8.97~10.58g,脂肪酶0.47~0.62g,中性蛋白酶1;76~2.25g。中性蛋白酶与脂肪酶间存在明显的交互作用。
With the second order regression current rotation design,the effect of compountenzymatic additive in the diet on the egg laying rate, the cooperative ralation amonga-amylase, lipase and neutral proteinase of the Nick Chick was studied. The mathmaticmodel was established and the best dose of enzymatic additive for use was gained. Thefunction model of compound enzymatic additive on egg laying rate was:The order of the different factors according their contribution tothe egg laying rate was a-amylase>lipase>neutral Droteinase. On ordinary administrativecondition, It is suggeqted that the addition levels of a-alnylase, lipase and .25g respectivelywhen the egg laying rate is over 70%, There is a significant cooperative effect betweenneutral proteinase and lipase.
