黄艾美耳球虫大配子体发育及卵囊壁形成超微结构的研究 被引量:3

摘要 黄艾美耳球虫(Eimeriaflavescens)大配子的发育在盲肠和结肠腺上皮中的带虫空泡内进行。大配子发育过程中出现两种成囊颗粒(WFBI和WFBIl),且WFBIl先于WFBI出现。其带虫空泡内有被膜空泡存在。作者观察到了被膜空泡从虫体表面脱落的现象。此外,还发现一例大配子体在宿主细胞核中发育的现象。成熟的大配子受精以后,囊被开始形成。卵囊形成的标志是大配子两层膜(m_1,m_2)松弛,WFBI迁移到两层膜松弛后留下的空隙内,崩解并融合形成囊壁外层(OW);在其内侧形成三层新膜(m_3、m_4、m_5),WFBⅡ崩解并透过m_5进入m_3与m_4之间的间隙中,融合形成囊壁内层(IW),m_1、m_2游离于带虫空泡内,m_5成为合子的限制膜。 The macrogamont developed in the base of the glands of Lieberkuhn throughoutthe caecum and colon.During the development of macrogametocytes,there appeared to be two forms ofwall-forming bodies(WFB),the WFB II form being less osmiophilic than the WFBI,and the former appeared earlier than the latter. Other organelles present, such asgrandular endoplaslnic reticulum,mitochondria,Golgi's body,canaliculi being similarin structure to those of other Eimeria species.In addition,a developing macrogametocytewas occasionally found in the host's cell nucleolus.The developing macrogametocyte was limited by one membrane. The mature macro-gamete was bounded by two membranes. After fertilization,the two limiting membranes of the zygote separated from thecell and the WFB I migrated to the periphery of the zygote to forming the outer wallof the oocyst.Three new membranes were produced beneath the outer wall of the oocystand WFB II penetrated outer and middle membrane to form the inner wall of oocyst. WFB I and WFB Il underwent ultrastructural changes.In the cytoplasm of tke zygotewere numerous,amylopectin granules, lipids and canaliculi.
