排除牛结核检疫中非特异性干扰的研究

THE STUDY OF EXCLUKENG NONSPECIFIC HEACTION IN TUBERCULOSIS QUARANTINE

本文采用变态反应和ＥＬＩＳＡ相结合的方法对牛结核进行检疫，并以剖检、组织学和细菌学证实。通过对３２３０头奶牛的检测结果表明：采用结核变态反应和ＥＬＩＳＡ相结合的方法有助于提高结核检疫的特异性，排除非典型分枝杆菌引起的非特异性干扰。

The bovine tuberculosis quarantine was done with the combination of the allergicreaction with ELISA,and the result was compared with the pathoanatomy,histopatho-logy and bacteriology.The results of 3230 cattle examined indicate that the method ofcombination of the allergic reaction with the ELISA is helpful to exclude the nonspecificinterefrence resulted from atypical mycobacteria.
