光照强度对梅花鹿茸生长影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 文本采用露天电光源控制光周期的方法,探讨了不同光照强度对圈养梅花鹿鹿茸生长的影响。将165头雄性梅花鹿分组置于4种光照强度(I=150、300、450、600lux)下,每日人工增加光照时数为2.00~6.75h,观测鹿茸生长发育的情形。在I≥300lux时,控光鹿群较对照鹿群平均提前27.1d脱角生茸和20.3d换毛;头茬茸平均增产率为21.47%,再生茸平均增产率为179.18%。故认为,采用电光源均匀布设时,I≥300lux是控光增茸技术中最适光照强度,并可获得较显著的经济效益。 The velvet antler is of a rare traditional Chinese medical material.Photoperiodiccontrol exerts a great effect on the growth of velvet antler in deer.We adapted electriclight source in the open air to increase daylight by 2.00 to 6.75 hours every dayduring a 80~90 day test period over two years.165 male Sika deer(Cervus uipponhortulorum)were exposed to 4 light intensities(I=150;300;450;600 lux,respecti-vely),the different state of velvet antler growth were emerged.In groups of I≥300 lux,the casting and growth of velvet antler began 27.1 daysearlier than that in controls;Molting came 20. 3 days earlier.The rate of increase inyield in the first crop and the second crop of velvet antler was 21.47%and 179.18%respectively.The result shown that with even distribution of electric light source thenotable economic benefits were acliieved when light intensity was equal to 300 lux or more.
