摘要
本文研究了玉米中的黄曲霉毒素（Ａｆ含Ｂ＿１１０００ｐｐｂ）慢性中毒对大白鼠细胞免疫能力的影响。实验共用４０周，把４３只大鼠分成两组，实验组（Ｅ）２６只，每只共摄入ＡｆＢ＿１２ｍｇ，对照组（Ｃ）１７只，实验组自然死亡２只，均发生纤维型间皮瘤，其中一鼠发生细胞型肝癌，Ｅ组腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力显著下降，（Ｐ＜０．０５）。血流中Ｔ细胞数量没有明显变化，而分泌淋巴因子的能力却显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。表明Ａｆ慢性中毒对大白鼠细胞免疫功能有明显的损伤作用。
Fourty three adult mate rats were divided into experimental group(E)and controlgroup(C),twenty-six rats in the E group fed with corn contaminated by aflatoxinB1(1000ppb),while seventeen rats in the C gronp were fed with feeds free of aflatoxin,They were killed at the fourtieth week.It was found that phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages markedly reduced(p<0.05).There was no difference in the number of T cell in the peripheral blood ofE and C groups,but the leucocytic migration inhibitory factor in E group was muchlower than that of C group(p<0. 05),In E group the B cell which produces andsecrets 19s antibody decreased in quantity.It was concluded that rat's cellular immunity was significantly effected by aflatoxinin their immune response ability.
