健康兔与腹泻兔胃肠道正常微生物群超微观察

OBSERVATION ON THE NORMAL MICROFLORA IN THE STOMACH AND INIESTINE MUCOSA OF HEALTHY AND DIABRHOEAL BABBITS WITH ELECTRON-MICROSCOP

本文主要对成年健康兔与腹泻病兔的胃肠道的正常微生物群进行了超微观察。发现健康兔胃粘膜表面有少量乳杆菌、球菌、酵母菌及霉菌孢子；十二指肠处有少量的小杆菌和球菌；空、结肠内有较多的杆菌、球菌等；盲肠内有较多的厌氧双歧杆菌、类杆菌、乳杆菌、梭杆菌、球菌等。而腹泻病兔的胃、空、结肠及盲肠粘膜处的正常微生物的种类和数量都明显减少，十二指肠处微生物数量却增多，这可能是造成兔腹泻的重要原因。

By using electro-microscopy the normal microflora in the stomach & intestinemucosa of healthy and diarrhoeal rabbits was studied.There were a few lactobacillus、coccus、yeasts and mold spores in the gastromucosa of healthy rabbits.In the duodenumof heathy rabbits there were a few bacillus and coccus.However the were a lot ofbifidobacterium、lactobacillus、peptococcus、bacteroides、fusobacterium and so forth inthe colon and caecum of healthy rabbits.But the number of normal micro flora in the stomach and intestines of diarrhoealrabbits was reduced obviously.Most probably it is the cause that the rabbit suffer fromdiarrhoea.
