不同锰源及锰水平对雏鸭肝脏脂肪沉积的影响 被引量:6

摘要 选用1日龄北京雏鸭300只,研究不同锰源及其锰添加水平对雏鸭肝脏脂肪沉积和肝锰含量的影响。试验1随机分为7组,每组30只试鸭,在基础饲粮中(含Mn19mg/kg),钙源及锰添加水平依次为45、85、135mg/kg(试剂级MnSO_4·H_2O或MnCO_3)。试验2随机分4组,每组30只试鸭,在基础饲粮上(含Mn19mg/kg),补锰水平依次为0、110、1000、3500mg/kg(试剂级MnSO_4·H_2O),试验3周。结果为:锰源不影响雏鸭肝脏脂肪沉积,肝锰含量和千克活体肝重(P>0.05),锰缺乏(含Mn19mg/kg)或锰过量(补Mn3500mg/kg)均影响雏鸭肝脏脂肪沉积和肝锰含量变化(P<0.05或P<0.01)。综合试验结果为:如以肝锰变化作为机体锰营养状况评定指标,则饲粮锰适宜添加量为85~135mg/kg。 one day old Peking ducklings were involved in the current experiment to study the effects of different levels and sources of supplemental manganese(Mn)on fat retention and Mn concentration in liver. Thebasal diet(containing l9 mg/kg Mn)were supplemented with 45, 85 and 135 mg/kg Mn (reagent grade MnSO_4·H_2O or MnCO_3)for experiment 1 and with 110,1000 and 3500 mg/kg Mn(reagent grade MnSO_4· H_2O)forexperiment 2 for three weeks respectively. The results showed that Mn Sources have no significant effects on liverMn concentration,fat retention and liver weight/kilo weight gain(P>0.05).Dietary Mn deficiency(containing 19mg/kg Mn)or excess(supplying 3500 mg/kg Mn)affected the Mn concentration and fat retention in the liver ofducklinkys(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The supplemnentations of dietary Mn recommend to be 85 to 135 mg/kg if the liverMn concentration is used as the nutrition index in animal.
