随着专用电话、卫星通信、光通信等微波通信系统的发展，对高频声表面波滤波器的要求量显著增加。介绍几种ＧＨｚ级声表面波滤波器的制法及主要性能。
ue to the advances in microwave communication systems such as personal tele-phone,satellite communication and optical communication,the demand for high frequency surfaceacoustic wave(SAW) filters is remarkably increasing.This paper presents the fabrication and prin-cipal property of several GHz-band SAW filters.
