摘要
本文对接管轴向推力作用下圆筒形容器开孔—补强区的应力应变场进行了详细的试验研究及三维有限元分析。研究结果表明,在补强圈补强的范围内。容器上的应力包括孔边应力集中明显降低。但由于几何形状、尺寸的变化及焊缝的加强作用,在补强圈外边缘,特别在容器横向截面(θ=90°)内,容器中将出现一高的不连续应力,从而使该区域成为整个接管的危险区域。
This paper presents a detailed stress distribution in the vicinity of opening-reinforcement. Experimental and finite element analyses are performed on three test vessels with different d/D ratios. A comparative study of stresses in the intersection area with or without pad reinforcement, is also carried out. The results indicate that stresses are obviously reduced in the area of pad reinforcement, and that stresses produced by traverse moment Mc are much higher than that produced by longitudinal moment M1.
