摘要
本文介绍了全尺寸管试样测定含裂纹管道结构J_R阻力曲线的测试技术。根据形变功定义导出了J积分计算表达式,给出了直流电位法测定裂纹长度的方法;分析了柔度法在测定管道裂纹长度时存在的问题;并用管壁上截取的CT试样测试了国产碳钢管道的J_R阻力曲线。
The experimental technology for determining JR curves by full-scale pipe specimens was introduced. Formulas for calculating JK from measured loads and displacements were .developed. JR curve was obtained by a CT specimen from a carbon steel pipe.
