摘要
分别收集患龋人群(DFS≥6)18例和无龋人群22例腮腺唾液,经Lowry法测定,两组人群腮腺唾液蛋白总量无显著性差异(P>0.05).采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析唾液蛋白的组成,发现两组人群唾液蛋白组成不同,碱性电泳B5、B6、B7蛋白带在高龋组的出现率显著高于无龋组(P<0.05),且B5、B6对羟磷灰石有很强的吸附力,提示该蛋白在龋病发生中起着重要的作用。
Two groups of adults(age from 18 to 40),22 caries-frec(DFS=0,CF)and 18 caries-susceptible(DFS≥6,CS),were investigated for the proteins of the stimulated-parotid saliva.The statistical differences of the total amount of the salivary proteins between two groups were found.The salivary proteins were analysed by anionic polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE),it indicated that the protein band 5,6 and 7 appeared much more frequently in CS than in CF(P< 0.05)and the adsorption of the protein band 3,5,6 to HA was greater than that of the rest bands(P<0.05).According to the electrophoresis figures and molecular weight,band 5,6 may be acidic proline-rich proteins(PRP).
