摘要
用放射免疫测定法分析了牙周病患者牙龈组织中前列腺素E2(PGE2)的含量,并对同一患牙牙龈组织中PGE2在免疫组化染色的基础上用显微分光光度计定量分析。结果表明牙龈组织中PGE2从健康人、龈炎、成人牙周炎到青少年牙周炎呈递增趋势;PEG2主要位于牙龈固有层血管周围的巨噬细胞、浆细胞和淋巴细胞等的胞浆内外和细胞之间,排列成线状、网状和团块状。各组固有层PGE2均有非常显著差异,与病变的严重程度正相关,且可对PGE2分泌细胞定位,提示两种研究方法结合能更好地探讨PGE2对牙周病的致病作用。
The distribution and content of prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in gingiva of patients with periodontal diseases were studied by quantitative immunohistochemical analysis and radioimmunoassay(RIA).The results showed that PGE2 level in gingiva was progressive increased from Health(H),Gingivitis(G),Adult periodontitis(AP) to Juvenil periodontitis(JP).The distribution of PGE2 was mainly in macrophages,plasma cell and lymphocyte cytoplasm around blood vessels of proper layer.Using staining method and quantitative analysis demostrated that there was a very significant difference of PGE2 in proper layer between groups and fitted the clinical parameter well.This method could measure the PGE2 in different areas and every cell,also further referred to the severity and parts of inflammation to help diagnosis,and also could serve as theoretical reference for periodontal etiology and complete treatment.The results indicated staining quantitatively was better than RIA in measuring PGE2 of located gingival tissue.
