摘要
通过细菌培养检测了不同γ线辐照剂量对骨形成蛋白(BMP)的消毒灭菌效果,同时应用异位埋植组织学方法观察了BMP诱骨活性的保持情况,并与常规应用的消毒方法进行了比较。结果显示8000~10000Gy的辐射剂量不仅能满足消毒灭菌的要求,而且BMP均能继续行使诱骨生长的功能,为临床实际应用时的选择提供了新的方法和参考依据。
The influence of γ-radiation on the sterilization and biologic activity of bone morphogenetic protein(BMP) was studied by using bacteria culture and histological methods.The results were also compared with the traditional treatment on BMP.This study indicated that a dose of 8kGy~10kGy was suitable for BMP sterilization,and it could also maintain the biologic activity of BMP.
