兔眼球内铁异物存留与取出后房水玻璃体Fe、Cu、Zn分析

摘要 纯铁片植入45只兔眼玻璃体,1天~12周取出。火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定房水、玻璃体Fe、Cu、Zn含量。铁植入后,房水、玻璃体Fe值增高,玻璃体Cu值增高;玻璃体Zn值低于正常,且对照组单纯穿通伤玻璃体Zn值亦较正常低。铁取出后10周,房水、玻璃体Fe值下降,但铁存留8~12周组玻璃体Fe、Cu值仍较高。探讨了铁异物存留时间及其取出后与房水、玻璃体Fe、Cu、Zn值的关系和机理。 he pieces of pure iron were implanted into the vitreous cavity of 45 rabbits and extracted during 1 day to 12 weeks. The iron,copper and zinc contents in the aqueous and vitreous were analysed by the atomic ab-sorption spectrophotometer. The results showed that following implantation the iron contents in the aqueous and vitreous and the copper contents in the vitreous increased, and zinc levels in the vitreous of both experi-mental eyes and merely perforating eyes in the control were lower than those in normal eyes. After ten weeks of extraction of the iron,a decrease of iron contents was presented,but the iron and copper levels in the vi-treous which had contained the iron for 8 to 12 weeks were higher.The relation between the time of the im-plantation and extraction of iron foreign bodies and the quantities of iron,copper,and zinc in aqueous and vi-treous,and the mechanism are discussed.
