摘要
应用免疫组化技术研究正常人眼组织内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的分布,结果显示:SOD主要存在于角膜上皮、内皮、虹膜及睫状体上皮层、晶状体上皮和视网膜光感受器细胞外段,胎儿眼组织内SOD含量高于成人相应眼组织内的含量。该酶主要存在于在生理条件下经常暴露到易产生超氧化物及其代谢产物的眼组织中,提示:SOD和其他抗氧化剂一起可能起着保护眼组织免受超氧自由基损害的作用。
he distribution of superoxide
dismutase(SOD)in human ocular tissue was investigated using
specificimmunohistochemical technique. The results showed that the
enzyme localized predominantly in the
cornealepithelium,endothelium,iris and ciliary epithelium layers,lens
epithelium and outer segment of photorecep-tor cell layer of the
retina. The contents of SOD in fetal ocular tissues were higher than
those in adult oculartissues. The enzyme is distributed predominantly
in those tissues which are frequently exposed to superoxideand its
metabolites under physiologic conditions. The results suggest that
SOD along with other antioxidantsmay play a protective role in
preventing the damage of oxygen radicals.
