摘要
选择单纯注气，激光加注气，冷凝加注气，玻切加冷凝注气四种手术方法，对６０例黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离进行分组对比研究，结果是各种手术有一定适应症，单纯注气对视力提高比较可观。
This paper is to evaluate and compare the efficacy
of four different surgical methods(pneumaticretinopexy;
photocoagulation + pneumatic retinopexy ; cryotherapy + pneumatic
retinopexy ; vitrectomy +cryotherapy + pneumatic retinopexy)for
retinal detachment with macular hole. 60 cases were divided intofour
groups. The result is that each method has its own indications,while
in terms of visual recovery,pheumatic retinopexy is more favorable.
