摘要 用NMR和XPS技术研究了Li2S─B2O3(─LiBr)体系硫氧化物玻璃的结构,结果指出,4─配位硼分数N4仅仅由玻璃Li2S/B2O3摩尔比决定.而与LiBr含量无关,这表明Li2S作为变形剂参与了玻璃网络形成,而LiBr仅作为参杂剂溶解于玻璃基体中,并进入网络间隙。含LiBr玻璃7LiNMR谱运动变窄说明Li+离子是移迁离子.S2p的XPS解析谱证实了玻璃中桥硫和非桥硫的存在.Lils结合能值显示出Li+离了迁移的化学环境。 The structural characteristic of the oxysulfide glasses in Li2S-B2O3 (─LiBr) systems has been studied by the NMR and XPS techniques.The 11B NMR results indicate that the fraction of boron unit in tetrahedral coordination is determined only by the Li2S/B2O3 molar ratio in the glass and is independent of the content of LiBr. This suggests that the Li2S as modified participates in network formation of glasses, but LiBr as dopant is only dissolved in glass matrix entering the network interstitially and so.does not participate in network formation. Motional narrowing studies of 7 Li NMR spectrum for a LiBr-containing glass sample show that the Li+ ion is mobile.The peak resolved S2p XPS spectrum proved the existences of the bridging and nonbridging sulfur ions in the glass network. The variation of the binding energy on Lils,core implies that the LiBr is only dissolved in glass host as dissociated ions,and the Li+ ion surrounded by Baˉmainly take pact in conduction.
