摘要
在pH5~7的缓冲介质中,鱼腥藻吸附Au ̄(3+)然后用6mol/LHCl洗脱,回收率在98%~100%。在选定条件下,鱼腥藻对Au ̄(3+)的最大吸附量为15.7~18.8mg/g。所拟方法可供低含量Au ̄(3+)溶液中Au ̄(3+)的富集。
nabaena No. 1058 was selected as the algae strain in the study.Au(Ⅲ)was subjected tobiosorption at pH 5~7 and eluted with 6 mol/L HCl, recoveries of 98%~100% were achieved.The biosorption capacities were 15.7~18.8 mg/g. The method would be useful for enrichmentof gold from solutions containing low levels of Au (Ⅲ).
