本文研究了ｍ×（ｍ＋２）阶整体Ｌ－矩阵的性质，并讨论了Ｓ－矩阵与ｍ×（ｍ＋２）阶整体Ｌ－矩阵的关系，得到一些新的结论．

in this paper, we studied the properties of m by (m+2) totally L-matrix, and discussed the relations of S-matrix and m by (m+2) totally L-matrix, obtained some new results.
