摘要 本文用循环伏安法、差分脉冲伏安法对甲氧氯普胺在玻碳电极以及Nafion修饰电极上的伏安行为进行了研究.发现甲氧氯普胺在0.1mol·L-1HCl底液中,在Nafion修饰电极上+0.94V(vs·Ag/AgCl)处有灵敏的阳极溶出峰.甲氧氯普胺的浓度在5×10-7~6×10-6mol·L-1范围内与溶出峰电流呈良好的线性关系,其线性相关系数为0.9945,本方法操作简便、快速. Metoclopramide is a medicine which has the function of central inhibition of vocation.The analytical determination method of this medicine including HPLC,spectrophotometry have beenreported,bat there is no report about the determination with voltamlnetry.In addle solution, metoclopramide is easilly protoned. Nafion is stable, non-electroactive,hydrophilic and water insoluble perfluosulfonate cation-exchange polymer. In this experiment,Nafion polymer is simply coated on the surface of glassy carbon electrode by evapourating thesolvent of Nafion methonol solution. Metoclopramide is easilly preconcentrated on the surface ofNafion--coated glassy carbon electrode by simply stiring then oxidative current is recorded byanodic stripping voltammetry.There is great increase of sensitivity to the metoclopramide on Nafioncoated electrode.The detodion limit of metoclopramide in urine is 3×10-8mol. L-1, the rerevery of the method is 91.2-104.8%. The linear relationship between the stripping current and metoclopramideconcentration is over a wide range in low concentration. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive.
