摘要
为了寻找高效荧光材料,采取高温固相弱还原方法合成了(Ca1-ALaxCeyMnz)B4O7的系列荧光体(0.5≤A=x+y+z<1),其在254nm紫外光激发下发黄绿光.作者研究了Ce3+、Mn2+浓度对其发光亮度的影响,并对其稳定性进行了探讨.
in order to find out effident luminesent materals,the sense of(Ca1-ALaxCeyMnz)B4O7was synthsed by means of high-temperature and weak-reduCtion ill solid phase.It gives yellow-green light under the excitation of 254nm UV light. It was studied that the concentration ofCe3+.Mn2+ influnces luminous intensity. The stability of the luminesed laterals was also studied.
