价值工程是把工程技术与经济紧密结合起来，正确处理产品功能与成本关系的一种新兴的分析方法．本文就应用价值工程技术提高制造７Ｃ－３挂车轴总成的经济效益问题进行了探讨．
Value engineering is a rising analysis method which combine engineering technology with economy, correctly treat the relation between product function and cost. In the thesis it was studied how to improving the economical benifit of 7C-3 hanging axle shaft parts, applying value engineering tehnology.
