氟胞嘧啶(1,5-Fluorocytosine,简称5-Fc)系一抗深部真菌的有效药物。

A modified method for preparing 5-Fluorocytosine, a systemic antifungal agent. was described. The amination of 2-methyoxy-4-chloro-5-fluoropyrimidine was performed under normal pressure instead of high pressure as reported in literature. The process of the hydrolysis of 2-methyoxy-4-amino-5-fluoropyrimidine was optimized. The overall yield of the method was increased to 72%.
