蚕蚀性角膜溃疡患者外周血与病变处T淋巴细胞亚群分布的比较

Difference of T lymphocyte subpopulations between peripheral blood and limbusconjunctiva in Mooren's ulcer

应用间接免疫荧光技术和免疫组织化学染色技术对14例蚕蚀性角膜溃疡患者外周血及病变处球结膜中 T 淋巴细胞亚群(总 T、Th、Ts)的分布进行检测,发现病变球结膜组织中Th/Ts 比值异常升高,而外周血 T 淋巴细胞亚群无明显改变。这一结果提示蚕蚀性角膜溃疡可能与自身免疫介导机理有关,而周边部角膜及球结膜组织中的免疫亢进状态可能是导致本病的直接原因。

Using indirect immunofluorescent technique and immunohistochemical staining method,we detected 14 patients with progressive Mooren's ulcer for T lymphocyte suhpopulations(Pan-T,Th,Ts)and the ratio of Th/Ts in peripheral blood as well as in the limbus conjunctiva near the corneal ulcer.It was found that Pan-T,Th,Ts and Th/Ts ratio in con- junctiva were significantly higher than that in normal control,whereas these parameters in peripheral blood showed no differences from that in the control group.From the above data,we may conclude that the intensive immune activities due to the increased local Th/Ts ratio play an important role in the process of Mooren's ulcer.
