摘要
硒(Se)是人体健康超微量必需元素。研究表明人体缺硒是癌症发病病因之一。考虑到硒的特殊抗癌生理功能,我们选择了临床床上常用的十种中药,用2,3-二氨基萘(2,3-diaminona phthalene,简称DAN)作为荧光试剂,应用荧光分光光度法测定了其中硒的含量。
A fluorescence spectrophotometric method for determination of selenium in traditional Chinese medicine was developed by using 2, 3-diaminonaphthalene as the fluorescent reagent. The contents of selenium in ten kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were obtained. The average recovery of this method was found to be 95.66%; and the coefficient of variation was 3.1%.
