摘要
应用流式细胞计量术对3例正常泪腺、18例多形性腺瘤和21例恶性泪腺上皮性肿瘤进行DNA含量的定量测定。结果表明,正常泪腺细胞为二倍体。多形性腺瘤仍具有正常泪腺细胞的二倍体DNA含量特征,其含最的显著增多,将提示肿瘤的恶性潜势。恶性肿瘤DNA含量明显增多,异倍体率达76.2%。DNA指数与恶性肿瘤的病理分类无关,而随肿瘤组织分化程度的降低而增高。恶性肿瘤细胞增殖活性明显高于多形性腺瘤。DNA指数的异常增高不仅与细胞的异形性、实体型生长类型密切相关,而且也与浸润生长所致的临床行为有关。但与肿瘤大小无关。
A study the quantitative measurement of DNA content in 3 normal lacrimal glands, 18 pleo-morphie adcnomas and 21 lacrimal gland carcinomas was carried out by flow eytometry. The results showed that pleomorphie adenomas still had the characteristics of DNA content of the normal diploid lacrimal gland cells. The significant increase of DNA index (DI) in pleomorphie adenomas might mean malignant transformation. DNA content of malignant tumor increased evidently and its aneuploid ratio was higher than in pleomorphic adenomas (76.2% VS 16.8%) (P<0.05). DI of malignant tumor was not correlated with pathological classification but increased significantly with the decrease in tissure differentiation. The activity of cellular proliferation in malignant tumor was higher than that in pleomorphic adenoma (P<0.05). Futhermore, not only cellular heterogenity and solid histomorphologie pattern but also clinical behaviour resulted from invasion of tumor was interrelated with the increase in DI. There was no relation between DI and size of lacrimal epithelial tumor.
