摘要
为了获得释药性能理想的甲硝唑软膏剂,本文试制了28个处方各种类型的软膏基质,通过物理稳定性试验、醋酸纤维素薄膜扩散试验和离体兔皮扩散试验对这些基质处方进行了筛选,并对两种扩散试验结果进行了相关性研究,相关系数(?)=0.9762±0.0697(n=9)。
28 formulations of ointment bases for metronidazole were selected and screened by the physical stability and two diffusion test in vitro with acetic cellulose membrance and with rabbit skin respectively in order to get an ideal ointment for metronidazole release. The relativity of both diffusion results was also studied, and the mean value of the relative coefficient((?)) is 0.9762±0.0697(n=9).
