摘要
研究了不同的培养条件对视网膜母细胞瘤细胞株Ｙ－７９及Ｓｏ－Ｒｂ５０体外集落形成能力的影响。结果表明，甲基纤维素法优于双琼脂培养法，各种培养条件中以甲基纤维素加胎牛血清为佳。实验还表明，来源于Ｒｂ裸鼠移植瘤的组织标本在体外很难进行集落培养，有待于进一步研究。

effect of several culture media on the colonv formation of
retinoblastoma cell lines Y-79 and So-Rb50 and cells derived from
retinoblastoma nude mouse xenograft was determined in this study.The
results showed that methyl cellulose is better than agar. Among the
culture conditions used in our study,1.2% methyl cellulose
supplemented with 20%fetal calf serum was found to be most suitable
for the colony forma-tion of retinoblastoma cells.But
unfortunately,the tumor cells,which were obtained directly from
retino-blastoma nude mouse xenograft,were found to be very difficult
to grow and to form colonies in vitro.
