摘要
１２只猫的左右眼分别行囊间超声乳化术及后房超声乳化术。术后２４小时取材并通过扫描电镜和透射电镜观察猫角膜内皮细胞的损伤情况。结果证明采用囊间超声乳化术可有效地减少角膜内皮细胞的损伤。
welve cats were used for intercapsular
phacoemulsification on the left eyes and posterior chamber
emul-sification on the right eyes.The morphology of the endothelial
damage at 24 hours postoperatively was ob-served with the SEM and
TEM.The results demonstrate that the intercapsular
phacoemulsification is effica-cious in reducing corneal endothelial
damage.
