摘要
本研究应用氚-胸腺嘧啶核苷(^3H-TdR)标记DNA,对角膜碱性烧伤后再生修复过程的病理改变进行了实验性研究,动态地观察了新生毛细胞管的内皮细胞,角膜细胞,胶原纤维的变化,探讨了这些成分在角膜烧伤后发生修复中的作用,为角膜化学伤的治疗提供理论参考。
By the use of 3H-TdR labelled DNA, the author studied the pathological transformation of cornea in the process of regeneration which is induced by alkaline burn, and observed kinetically the changes of endothelial cell, corneal cell and collagen fibril in the neocapillary, and also inquired into their function in the process of corneal regeneration after alkaline burn, thus provided the theoretical reference for the treatment of corneal chemical burns.
