摘要
巯甲丙脯酸片是较新的抗高血压药。江苏省药品标准(1984年)采用碘量法测定其含量,终点难以掌握,且受温度影响较大。
Captopril is a new antihypertensive drug.Differential spectrophotometry was used for the assay of captopril tablets. The differential absorbance was measured at 237nm in its 0.1mol/L NaOH solution (12.5μg/ml) against the blank of its aqueous solution. The average recovery of captopril was 99.25% (n=6) and the coefficient of variation was 1.08%. This method was very simple and easily done, and the result was quite satisfactory.
