倒睫Hotz矫正术切除睑板宽度的规范

Hotz术适用于矫正上睑多种倒睫.运用睑缘厚:睑板厚=2:1的规律,距睑缘3.5～4mm,1刀切软组织达睑板.沿睑缘侧皮肤切口垂直切睑板,切除睑板楔形条的睑板面宽规以1.8倍上睑缘宽,是这样切出的睑板槽沟夹角为68～78°,则倒睫回到倾斜110°最佳正常位置.临床实践与动物实验结果一致,4年复发率仅3%.Hotz术旧作法随手切除睑板宽度所矫正的倒睫4年复发率达64%,二者存在高度显著性差异.

From the law that the ratio of the thick ness of palpebral rim to tarsal is 2 : 1, put to use performing Hotz surgery, we get known that either the soft tissue of eyelid or the tarsal is half thick of the palpebral rim. A skin incision is made in the upper lid about 3. 5~ 4 mm from the palpebral edge by once cut. Along the lower side of the skin incision, a tarsal incision is made perpendicularly. The width of the excision of tarsal piece is about 1. 8 times of the palpebral rim. and the angle of the tarsal groove is about 68°to 78° Pass by method,the 4-year recur rate is 64%,now is reduce to 3%, the difference between them is of high significance.
