放射状角膜切开术治疗近视初步报告

A preliminary report of radial keratoto-my to treat myopia.

放射状角膜切开术(RK)治疗近视98例194眼经2～24个月随访结果:平均视力术前为0.17,术后提高到0.93,其中1.0以上121眼(62.37%).检影验光平均术前-5.93D,术后56眼完全矫正(32.75%),过矫55眼,平均+0.66D,欠矫46眼,平均-1.55D,有14眼散光,平均0.79DC.角膜屈光力由术前平均43.45D减少到术后38.80D.并发症轻微.提示本手术安全、有效,尤对低中度近视疗效更佳.

98 cases (194 eyes ) of myopia were performed radial keratotomy (RK) and were followed up 2 ~ 24 months. Before surgery, the mean uncorrected visual acuity was 0. 17, spherical refraction -5. 93D,and keratometry 43.45D. After surgery,the mean uncorrected visual acuity was 0. 93 and 121 eyes(62.37%) became emmetropia. The spherical refraction of 56 eyes was zero. 55 eyes were overcorrect-ed by+0. 66DS(average)and 46 eyes under-corrected by-1. 55 DS (average). Astigmatism:14 eyes,0. 79DC(average)and keratometry: 38.80 D. The complications were few. Therefore,the operation is a safe and effective modality especially for low-moderate myopia.
