眼球钝挫伤后角膜内皮细胞的变化

Changes of the corneal endothelial cell with ocular conrusion.

对受钝挫伤的26眼进行角膜内皮细胞照相检查,其健眼作为对照.结果表明伤后3日内角膜内皮细胞密度和多形性细胞的变化不明显,但有20只伤眼显示内皮细胞边界模糊.伤后6月,内皮细胞密度虽无明显变化,但多形性细胞增多,且有“黑区”出现.

The corneal endothelia in 26 eyes of ocular contusion were photographically examined , and the healthy follow eyes served as contrast. The results showed that there was no significant average endothelial cells density and the morphologic cells in three days, but there was blurred boundary of corneal en-dothelium in 20 eyes. Six months after contusion there would be no change of corneal endothelia density, but morphologic cells would have increased.and 'black area'would have e-merged.
