外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术并发症的原因及处理探讨

Complications of IOLs Implantation forthe Traumatic Cataract: Causes and Management.

对42例(43眼)外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术并发症进行随访观察,随访到27眼,结果表明术中首要并发症为晶体后囊破裂并玻璃体脱出,占20.93%,术后影响视力并发症首位为晶体后囊混浊,占37.04%,其次为人工晶体前膜形成、瞳孔夹持、视网膜脱离、黄斑囊样水肿、继发性青光眼等.对并发症进行了详细分析讨论,提出了处理方法.

We fellowed up 27 cases with traumatic cataract, who underwent intraocular lenses (IOLs) implantation. Intraoperatively, posterior capsular rupture was the most frequent complication, accounting for 20. 93% ,Postop-eratively, posterior capsular opacification was the main complication, accounting for 37.04%, The other complications included anterior memberane formation, IOLs incarceration, retinal detachment, cystoid macular edema, secondary glaucoma etc. We analyzed the causes in detail and put forward our unique management methods.
