摘要 铀矿工人电离辐射个人剂量HE要比医、工业用电离辐射工人大10倍以上,医、工业用电离辐射对晶体的损伤较大.个人剂量HE小于2Rem就有可疑白内障发生.铀矿石的开采,在没有提炼前含有伴生元素,或其他桔抗作用,使对晶体的损伤较小和不敏感.并发现电离辐射对眼底和玻璃体有不同程度的影响.有必要严格要求电离辐射工作者佩戴铅防护眼镜. Personal dosage of the ionization radia-tion used by uranium miners is ten times that used by medical or industrial workers. The ionization radiation in medicine or industry harms greatlier to lens. If HE personal dosage is less than 2 Rem doubtful cataract could happen. When uranium mine is exposed before extracting it has preducting element or effience against, so its' harmness to lens is lighter and lens is not sensitive. It is discovered that the ionization radiation has different effection between the fundus and vitreous body. It is necessary for uranium miners to wear the protective leadglasses.
