摘要
本文应用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜,对五加科Araliaceae五加属AcanthopanaxMiq。8种植物细柱五加Acanthopanax gracilistylus W.W.Smith、白簕A.trifoliatus(L.)Merr.、刺五加A.senticosus (Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms、蜀五加A.sechuenensis Harms exDiels、糙叶藤五加A.leucorrhizus(Oliv.)Harms var.fulvesscens Harms & Rehd.、两歧五加A.divaricatus(Sieb.et Zucc.)Seem.、红毛五加A.giraldii Harms、毛梗红毛五加A.giraldiiHarms var.hispidus Hoo的花粉形态作了比较观察,找出了它们的鉴别特征:阐明了五加属植物花粉的外壁外层表面纹饰应为拟网状脑纹型或拟脑纹状网纹型,并首次在红毛五加花粉中发现“孔合沟”这一花粉粒萌发孔的类型。
This paper deals with the pollen morphology of 8 species (2 varieties) of Acanthopanax Miq., namely Acanthopanax gracilistylus W. W. Smith, A.trifoliatus (L.) Merr., A. Senticosus (Rupr. & Maxim.) Harms, A. setchuenensis Harms ex Diels, A. leucorrhizus (Oliv.) Harms var. fulvescens Harms & Rehd.,A.divaricatus (Sieb. & Zucc.) Seem., A. giraldii Harms, A. giraldii Harms vat. hispidus Hoo, which were examined under light microscope and scanning electronic microscope. It was found that exine ornamentation of pollen grains of Acantkopanax plants was brain-vein-like reticulate type or ornate-brain-vein type. A new type of aperture of pollen grain of A. giraldii Harms was discovered for the first time and a special term, syncolporate, was given.
