电凝法治疗外伤植入性虹膜囊肿

Treatment of traumatic implanted cyst of iris with diathermy Coagulation.

本文报告用电凝法治疗植入性虹膜囊肿7例,除2例因视力黑蒙及继发性青光眼,于电凝2周后行眼球摘除外,其余5例电凝后均未复发.其中1例观察25年,视力0.5,囊肿未复发,原囊肿部位虹膜为1×1mm白色萎缩斑.在选择适当病例如囊肿小而与周围组织无粘连者,此法简单易行.

Seven cases of implanted cyst was collected with diathermy coagulation therapy. Two cases was enucleation for severe pain with glaucoma. There was no recurrence on remain 5 cases. Among them 1 case following for 25 years had visual acuity was 0. 5. If the case is suitable selected and the cyst is small and no adhesion with adjacent tissue, the diathermy coagulation is effection method.
